Put the .bsp file in main/maps/dm and then run a team deathmatch server to play it.

not sure don't have sh. but it's prob the same as aa. put the .bsp in main/map folder. if there is no such folder there, make 1.
and put test before the name of your map eg. test_mymapname.bsp
it's not a time for thinking its a time for drinking!

put the pk3 in mohaa/mainta, or if it is just a bsp and script, in mohaa/mainta/maps.

He might just be looking for how to load.
Start Spearhead and hit the ~ for console, type maplist and double click on your map.
