How can i do this?

What would i need to script in order to have MOHAA automaticly push a key after X ammount of seconds?
This would be an irc style script
::EXAMPLE::
:loop
PUSHKEYONKEYBOARD="E"
WAIT 30
GOTO loop
::END EXAMPLE::
that was just an example, i know it is not correct or accurt(sp) in anyway... i was just posting that information to purly give an example of what i am tring to accomplish(sp)
