free web servers

does any1 know of a good server that has free accounts that allow the user 2 upload files and stuff 4 dloads ?
i tried
www.angelfire.com but the bastards deleted my site saying it violated their terms ,after quickly reading their terms they appear 2 not allow uploading files 2 dload,but they allow u 2 make sites only.
www.walagata.com is full and there are no more empty slots
www.freewebs.com is very slow (so i heard)
so does any1 know a good host (ofcourse free),which allows dloads?being fast is preferable ofcourse but anything will do

well,i got 2 of the links i posted via the serach thingy, and im not trying 2 build a site,i just want a place 2 dump my files on the net 4 free
.
besides,the search funciton wouldnt have all the options i need 2 put in like

You can always go to yahoo and get a web account (webpage) they give ya 30 megs of space.

.sounds like a dream come true though .are u sure its free? and who needs 2 make a website ,there are 2 much webservers that allow this with good speed (but no file storage
)

Dirty way to upload files...
Go to uploadit.org
Make a free account,
Now rip your files into 200kbs with winrar.
Rename all of the extensions to .jpg
and upload it to the website. So all you have to do now is tell people to rightclick-->Save Target As. and once they saved all of the parts of the file, unzip the first part, and the rest will follow.
(this is merely a suggestion)

ah,well .that would mean that ppl that have 2 dload those files then change their extensions 2 get them working again right? .i do use it sometimes with personal files ,but im afraid if i do that with the map then some ppl wont know how 2 dlaod it or .... in short it would be more trouble 4 a simple user ,and i dont want my files not veiwed by simple users .just my opinion .besides y do i have 2 split stuff up when there are free file storage sites out there somehwere .

basiclly ,if u want webspace u have to pay . walagata is pretty good and fast but it only allows 1 mbs
.maybe u can make different accounts if u like but that wouldnt be nice
