This is not a problem really, more of an annoyance as it keeps going and clogs up the console, and you can't see anything that comes in because it gets buffered out in a second or two. I think it happens when I type in a jibberish command ...

no, it's not just because of that, there's something about overloading the sound functions, it happens to me all the time when i accidentally console-spawn too many guys for a battle on stock maps.
it really only stops when there's less than x-# of sounds going.
