all u need is a free webserver 2 get started ,but be careful as some of them dont allow file storage and will delete ur files if they found out that ur using thier service 4 file storage (happened 2 me with www.angelfire.com )

if u want 2 upload pictures u can try photobucket its really useful.ive been using it 4 a while now and i dont c any problems with it.
