It was a 3.2 (double vanos) M3 Evolution Convertible.

Good for about 160-170mph.

I Skuffed the wicked rims when he warned me not to 5 seconds before :(

I drove it from Wales to London, about 250 miles, 6 speed gearbox, was dusting people on the m4, nice one :)

dat be ye in da picture aye?

dang heck.

i can see it now, you sail inot work parking space with that sweet car, soemone leans out the window and gasps, you perform a 180 into a paralell parking space and smoothly get out, wave to the astomished crew now staring open-mouthed at you and your car, and click the door shut and stride confidently into the geek-only level designing building.

man, i wish i could drive THAT car.

Bring it over here. I want to see if euro-spec m3 is faster than my Z28. American m3 is like 315 hp and easy pickings.

I like my dads cars, although, they are not the greatest, they are still very sporty and fun to drive. Here are pics of the cars he has.

'68 Pontiac GTO

'54 Galaxy 500

'68 t-bird

All 3 of these are convertibles! :D

He also has a Jeep, Bronco, and Oldsmobile, not sporty

LMAO :)

Yeah that mobile home thing is a wreck, my dad wants to fix it up, he said I could take my girlfriend anywhere I wanted in it ,hahahaha, I wouldnt be seen dead driving that piece of crap around :)

He only owned the bmw for about 6 months, first time I drove it he says dont scratch the wheels, so I concentrate my whole head on not touching the kerb, I move about 6 inches then scrape right along it , DOH.

It was super cool on the motorway, 6 gears, in the middle lane doing say 80, you see a speeder coming up on the fast lane, just gently push the accelerator and the speeders cant overtake you, it was great fun watching them thrash their engines trying to get past, I enjoyed it :)

LOL!!!

bad thing for a cop to see, i mean bobby, (you're in the uk right?)
i can see it now, you're doing that exact same thing to a police car trying to cut you off to get to slow down, his engine busts and you slow down to 15 and watch the broken car pass.

I was on the freeway a while back in the fast lane doing about 70, when I came up beside a 911 turbo doing about 65 in the middle lane. There wasn't real much traffic, so I slowed down next to him, downshifted and tapped the gas a little; just teasing him. I did this a few times, just see if I could get him to go. It worked! He took off like crazy... right into the backend of a Buick that had just moved into the center lane in front of him. I just kept tooling along at 70, laughing my ass off.

He must have nailed that Buick doing about 90! He didn't hit them hard enough to total that 911, just mess it up pretty good. I figure he can afford it. You should have seen the looks on the faces of the old couple in the Buick... total bewilderment; like the guy just discovered a load of crap in his pants and it wasn't his. I think the 911 driver flipped me the bird as I went by. No sense of humor, I guess.

I just love doing that kind of stuff when I see somebody who thinks they have a hot car, especially at a stop light where I know the cops like to hang around. I just crank the boost up, squirt my nitrous and blip the gas a bit. Works like a charm.
