Would there be any way of setting up a myclan vs all, so that all non clan members would be on the oppsite team?


If that cant be done, is there anyway of knowing if a client has the rcon password or private client password?

or any way to know if a client is a member of the said clan?, by setting a flag or something.

Well you could stufftext a rcon command, for example, to set a cvar. Then when the cvar is changed this client obviously has the correct rconpassword

Jv_map thanx, but i what i want to do is read a clients cvars, How can i do that.
when i use getcvar i get the servers cvars.

You cannot get client cvars via script ... you can only 'get' some client cvars with the dumpuser command

what would be the syntax for this command ?

dumpuser # in console, where # is the client number...

are u trying to make a mod that shows who has rcon on the server?? if so u might be able to throw some file on the rcon guys comp so when he goes in the server it says hes got rcon. my guess would be a config, something that sets a variable to 1, and in the map script do a getcvar to see if its one, and if it is do an iplrint thingy like "name" is on and has rcon, dont piss him off! then have different variable values corespond to different names. you could do the same if u had ur clan put .cfg in there main folders that gave a variable a certain value and forced them on a team, while forcing everyone else on the opposite team. put a couple of values so u can switch the mandatory team easily.
