how do you submit tuts?

You can go to Bjarne's tiki site, sign up and log in and you can put some there.

well,im sure bjarne would be more than happy if u add to his "wiki" tutorials .he has been asking b4 in a few threads for some ppl to add to it

If you are unaccustomed to the use of a Wiki, try the
Sandbox ( a special Wiki page used to just test stuff, nothing is saved )
