internet problem

hello,
some sites do now work anymore like modtheater, mohfiles, codfiles (all the ...files) and some others,
i tried to edit the internet properties but it doesnt work!
anyone know a way to fix this?

well,i didnt quite understand what the problem is ,although it seems very similar to one ive had b4

i think u meant dont work .
i had this problem b4 on my win98 (b4 i upgraded)
i tried doing everything but after failing to find a solution i reformatted and reisntalled windows and it was fixed .
believe i tried alot before reinstalling windows but i couldnt find a solution (it happened quite a few times)
but there are a few things u could try now
1-antivirus scan
2-reinstall the modem drivers
3-reinstall internet explorer or use another browser
also ,u should elaborate more on whats ur problem and ur system specs would also help

What exactly do you mean by 'dont work'? Do you get a 404 page not found error or something different? Did you only try crappy ie or other (read: better) browsers as well?

lol, but thanks for help i reinstalled the modem drivers, thanks for help!
