You have a problem in a certain door. Try deleting this door and redo it.

Looks like maybe two doors going across each other
--------<------->--------<-------->---------
Like two doors next to each other and one going left and the other going right.

There's something about the targetname...Check all doors targetnames and see if there's any strange name...
btw, it says entity 7269680...do you have 72 000 entities in your map? That's quite a lot...

probably two or more doors use the same targetname(?). In Radiant go to Edit->Entity info.. There you see a list of all entities used in the map so you can check their properties. If you found the bad door just click select in the Entity info-window and try to fix it.

well,it seems u put the target name in a different language i guess .thats y mohaa cant determine it since its a different font !!!
and that number of entities seems really huge .try using the find tool and type that number and it should send u to the "bad" entity

If two doors touch, they are assumed to be connected and operate as a unit unless you check the 'Door_dont_link box'. But then again that wouldn't stop the map from loading... ok, so that's not it.
Are you absolutely sure there's no part of a grouped entity left when looking at the list in the Entity_info window? To completely select a grouped entity like a door (usually 1 brush+origin brush) you can select one part and press Ctrl+E, which will select everything that's part of that group.
Sometimes an error can be very misleading. In the pic you posted it seems to hang right after the "Setting up shaders" part, could it be a bad shader maybe? (since that can crash a map). Remember to take all custom pk3's out of the main folder when working in Radiant.
If this is all not the case and no bad entity can be found then could you just tell us how you've made your doors since a standard door doesn't require a targetname.

Did you delete all the door origins too? Maybe u left some origins with bad target names.
What M&M said made sense about the wrong font.
