Large Doors

Hey my map is an underground missle silo with 2 Large doors that open. I need to add a sound file to my doors, and I'm not sure how to do it. Also any suggestion on what sound I should use?

Place a script_origin above the doors and give it a targetname like silo_doors_speaker. Then add this to your script where needed.

$silo_doors_speaker playsound lighthouse_run

That sound lasts about 3 seconds, but if you want to loop the sound, use these lines to start and stop it.

$silo_doors_speaker loopsound lighthouse_run

$silo_doors_speaker stoploopsound

yes if you spawn a script_origin with the key/value tagetname:silo_doors_speaker

the utility of the script_origin is to tell moh where the sound have to be played

then copy the script above on your map script then the sound will be played
