hi ,

how can i make a player follow a path (long)via way point or so .....

tried with a trigger push but its too brutal and the player is propulsed at 5 meters no more

I have a kind of tunnel that size 30 meters at least........and i want the player follow it without push any keys ( after a trigger teleport )

thx

You can "glue" the player to a script_origin and then move the script_origin down the tunnel--to a waypoint if you like. Then "unglue" him.

how would you get the origin to go down the tunnel? use an info_waypoint
and use to moveto command?

as such

Code: Select all

$player glue $mover
$player physics_off

$mover moveto $wap1

$mover waittill movedone

$player unglue
$player physics_on
