What are all those numbers for under the fps meter? I have seen people talk about "Mtex", but I don't really know what it is. How much fps would you gain in that view, if the furniture was gone?

Nope, it's not my furniture anyway  ..And a ceiling meant I had to put light entities in the map, increasing the compile a lot...

Don't know, my General...I don't think I'll gain too much...but models drops the fps for sure...especialy the snow trees. I have a snow map, VERY small and, as I putted tress (any snow tree) the fps were droping by 10 per tree  ! keep in mind my computer really sucks...

You didn't say why you made the map. If not to test fps, then it must be just a handy place to copy furniture to another map, right?

Yeah, a guy asked me...And I tought it was a good oportunity to get familiar w/ all the furnitures. I didn't realize , for ex.,that there's a simple metal desk until I made this  .

Type

r_drawstaticmodelpoly 0

and see what fps you gain :)

Also if you're worried about the lighting just skip the light stage ;)

whe can gain fps with ? can whe add this directly in script ?Do i need cheats on ?

i have a big model with a lot of verticies and it make considerably slow down .My fps goes under 15 sometimes . Sure i did a test with someelse on my map, and his fps was X2 (when i had 20 , he had 40)

I know that my cpu sux , but if there is a mean to make an harmony between models and fps , why not .........
