server admin powers

i konw this is a big topic to crack open but what exactly can you do as a server admin?

i know the basics, rcon kick, console say, that's about it. what else could i do? and can i still do it in a bots2 map? or bots1 map?

if there's a link i could go to i'd be grateful!

You can do a damn lot, also get e.g. ip information from all your clients and fiddle with their settings (annoying).

*changes M&M's settings so he has full smoke and everything else and 998 ping, then kicks for high ping*

lol.
yea admin does have a lot of power though. basically u can run console commands for the players on they're server. commands such as kill, and holster, which i happen to have binded when i go 1v1
