Were we go:
1) The FPS is very low for a map that does not really need to have such bad FPS. I think you need to read up on the VIS compile process:
VIS for dummies
VIS design with detail and structural brushes
VIS leafgroup hands-on
2) There is way to much open spaces. A sniper will own any other weapons in this map. Start with a smaller map and populate it with with more stuff, dont just add space: add fun combat areas ( a flat area witout covers is not a fun combat area ).
3) There are loads of weapons in the house. Sure its fun to add, but It destroys gameplay ( this is just my personal opinion, lots of people disagree with me and think its a fun feature ).
4) The inside of the main building is very clean. Look around you, look around any environment: there are almost never totally flat surfaces. And if you find such a place: would you like to spend a lot of time there? I wouldent.
I've given you some tips, and I hope you don't take this the wrong way because you have a good start, but the map is not playable in its current state.

Re
I do apreciate the constructive criticism, i have not done a "finial" compile, so i do hope to improve some areas.
I have already gained some fps by putting area portals in the doorways and tank garage.
Yes, i thought an ammo/weapon room would be cool.
Yes it is a good map for sniping. It started out with just the two bottom rooms, and a tutorial. Then it sprawled on from there.
I again thank you for the links, and suggestions.
