For those interested in open dds files in PS.

NOTE: In the requirements, they say you need msvcr71.dll and msvcp71.dll...WRONG! You need msvcr71.dll and MSVCR70.DLL (that's what PS asked me when I opened the dds file).

Say is there one of these for PSP?
