I have a ADSL conection...

But now i can not play much games in the internet...

The games do not detect my real ip...

The games detect... 10.1.1.3...

Ido not have conection to conect... i use a iste of the router modem do config the conection...

How to i get i real ip???

Very hard to know what the problem is for us... all ISP:s have different net setups.

I suggest you call customer support and tell them what your problem is and ask for help. If they won't help you: select an ISP that will.
