it's much more rewarding to test your map and ask for help if something goes wrong.

Are you using MBuilder to compile?

For MBuilder:

You can make seperate logs for all steps, or just the one you need. Click on "change" and put the code after your compile options. The text file can have any name you wish.

-v > c:\WINDOWS\desktop\log_bsp.txt

-v > c:\WINDOWS\desktop\log_vis.txt

-final > c:\WINDOWS\desktop\log_light.txt

I have them going to my desktop, so they can be trashed easily after looking them over. But, your path to the desktop may be different. Also, using these logs, nothing will be printed to the DOS window during the compile.

I could do it for you! Just e-mail me the files at byob82@yahoo.com

Even though ill do this you should still checkout what wont let you compile. Once (like most newb mappers) i had a problem compiling. Turns out i had the compiler Directory wrong! Then i went on compiling asnd making maps!

Theres a tut for the windows. and i can fix all. Theres still a tut for water too. And to make a map multiplayer go to MBuilder, clikc options and under the text bar there is an OPTIONS menu. There u change it from SP to MP or OBJ.
Ok im waiting for the e-mail at byob82@yahoo.com

Yes i have it and i am working on the lighting effects and the ladders and doors. Man, you really need to work on not making brushes overlap. Otherwise its pretty good, gameplay wise...

yes i fixed the trucks. You need to switch the view by pressing Ctrl + Tab and biring them to the ground. And urban, i reccommend you goto the tutorial section here. Thats where i learned all of my know-how.
