i dont exactly think tutors are the best way to learn. I think some of the experienced vets should pair up with a noob and be their "tutor" (not tutorial)
and help meet their specific needs

being intrested and reading helped me alot. Though it is true I helped myself finding the right tutorials that fit my needs. ~ some tutorials are hard, but if you look good can find a tut that explain better

im sorry, but i voted 'No'
and yes, i can understand your sence of polling and i don't doubt a pair up would be great, yes

Hmmm it would be ok if anyone had time to do it, most people have many projects going on at the same time and just do a quick post of their wisdom.

Read the tutes for a specific thing your trying to do, if you cant get it working thats when you post your question, whatever problem you stumble on someone here will help you out, but its nice to try and get your head around it on your own if at all possible.

I still cant script :( I try and when I get stuck I ask a question.

Tutoring is great! But it takes a great deal of time, and you can only tutor one person att a time, so its not very effective in a place like .Map I'm afraid. Tutoring is a full time job, and most people have other stuff to do as well.
