3rd person veiw?

How do you see your player in a third person view. Ive seen it somewhere but i forgot where!

There's several ways to do it, but I think this one is better:
Open your newconfig.cfg and add this line to the bottom:
seta cg_3rd_person 1
...and save it.

I just dunno, if you join a server, if this is considered cheats...Just beware of that!

Hey it works, and i joined a server and wasnt kicked for cheating!

Maybe the server has no cheat-scanner

You can bind it to a key (like F8) or just type it in the console too.
