I have a part of map free of leak , all is perfect , but when i try to resize it via arbritary scale , a leak appear. i give to x y and z the same value 2.0.
How can it happen , and how to prevent it ?
and also my texture are all shifted and have to adjust theam all
Is it just me or is arbitrary scale one of those thing that really seemed like a good idea until you actually use it then it turns out to be the devil.
Anyhow back to topic. Are you trying to scale an entire area of you map or just a few brushes. If you arent aligned on the grid anymore after using it you could start to get leaks i guess. To prevent it align everything to grid when done scaling things. But be carefull this comes with a whole different set of headaches when used improperly. Like if i you try to snap to grid something that is less that 1 unit in any direction. Sometimes i get these really nasty brushes that never go away.
So in conclusion the subtract and arbitrary scale buttons =
