Odd problem, need diagnosis please

Ok, below is a SS I have of an odd occurance on one of my maps... It appears to be a weird thingy that I have never seen before...

Could someone please help me with what it is and how to get rid of it?

I think it's a broken brush, properly because you cutted a brush, and it gave some kind of error.
