my ladder dont work, why???

I drawin a Ladder (whit small bloks) or are a ladder Deafault in the program???

i make my ladder and put the brus LADER (in the common textures) and add the Lader Func, i put 180? , all step by step like in the help file from this apge, but nothing of nothig, i put the ladder separate to the wall for see if this 180? are for front or back the ladder, but nothing, if someone had this problem please help me , really thanks.

Thanks for the other helps to compilling, the problem was that the radiant unsin Spreadhead files .TIK and when i try to compilling the proces never finish. Thanks GUYS

sounds like 180? is whats wrong. Im not sure what angle your latter is faceing so try 90?, 0?, and 270?. You have to have the correct angle in relationship to the direction your latter is faceing.
