Nades not working or Im god

My Grenades are only reducing my health by 24 percent and Im standing on em. Any know whats happening?

It is probably some weapons mod pk3 you have in main. If it only happens on one server, then it could be a server mod as well.

Are you talking about a map you are test compilining or in a server? If you accidentally compiled in Single Player mode i believe that could be why. If i recall correctly, and i hardly ever do, single player nades arent as potent when you drop one on yourself as multiplayer nades. I would have to take a look at it to be sure but i think it is.
