Q - ADVANCED SPAWNS / CAPTURE AND HOLD OBJ

wanted to know if anyone knew how I could make one team with respawn points that can be destroyed like in TOW aswell as another team that is unable to respawn , in the same game . This is so my map can simulate a scenario with a single squad facing overwhelming odds in a sort of standoff .
Also need to know how to make an OBJ that is location based , eg . allies capture a building by staying in it and keeping any enemies out of it , after sitting in it for a certain time limit , it's captured + need to know how to add a message to tell players when they enter a OBJ location , leave a location and have captured or lost a location + how to make a team win after capturing all these points , so I need to know how to make a team start with an OBJ captured and have neutral OBJ's at start ....
want the location based OBJ to work like in Battlefield 1942 .
