Hi,
How to do this?:
Fade to black for all players, or for A player so they/he can't see for 5 seconds - by touching a trigger, or something.

I'm not sure myself...I'm sure somebody knows, but if not, try checking a map that has that...like liberation maps on Breakthrough or a map that has a movie.

Look at small_sumo's hood map. Those cinematics should help a bit.
