when i try to run my map, i get this error :
MatchToken< "<" > failed at line 29 in file scripts/brick.shader

So post the shader then but probably it is because that character in not valid in a shader .

open the .shader file with notepad and paste it in here..

wheres the shader file?...
btw, i get 1 new error, when i try to compile one my other map.
it says no .bsp file :/

that error happens usually when u try to run a spearhead.breakthrough map on mohaa .sometimes it happens though

..or you probably have an extra "{" in your shader...

What else does it say other than no bsp file . the shader files usually are in the scripts directory the one you posted about is the scripts/brick.shader is that a shader for a custom texture ?

if you treat it like a custom texture, create a shader for it and all that you can. No bsp, means that something has gone wrong earlier in the compile... i think

i don't have scripts directory :S
it should be in the pk3 file of the map .open it like any .zip file
and u still might not have it,just make sure .
btw, can i use breakthrough textures for mohaa maps?
u can use it as long as u include them with the map when releasing it .since they arent available to normal mohaa users

If you have any custom pk3's in your main directory that you downloaded the shader may be in one of those . If so then whoever made the shader may have made a mistake .

ok, anyway, i got new error - its same but line 997, central_europe.shader.
and btw, i have somekinda other problem also. i made new stuff to my map, i compile my map but things ive made arent there.

The bad texture shaders are probably in mod pk3s you have downloaded. When you are mapping, all non-original pk3s should be kept in a temp folder in main.

woah, thanks. i got no errors when i compiled my map

but i have still one problem. i make new stuff to my map, like houses but when i compile my map new stuff arent there. :S i don't know how to explain.
