How do I select all in MohRadiant?

Ctrl+A does not seem to be working. I wont to select all my brushes/entities at once.

hmm, i dunno why'd you want to do this but

draw a brush around your entire map (i mean in Z axis too) and right click and find selection-complete inside.

or over any 2d view and choose select complete tall ,or touching .it was one of them i think.
