Are there any animating tutorials?????????????????????????

if you mean moving stuff in radient then its called scripting and there is a ton of tuts out there for it.
you'll have to look at alot of tuts and examples of working maps to understand the basics of it.

check the tut section on .map ,there are several script tutorials . also,check the elevators and fans tutorials to get a basic idea about moving and rotating stuff
