i have a problem, i can't select and rotate items, like furniture, bushes, vehicles and so on.

Highlight the model and press key N. Then click on one of the little angle number buttons.

okay, thanks, but i can't even highlight model, i need to make brush, then go to selection and choose select touching.

Try Ctrl + Shift + U and then see if you can select models the normal way.
