I cant seem to load up an avatar

Im trying to load up one of my avatars of my puter and it keeps saying denied or whatever. All my avatars are well under 6kb and most are below 50x50 pixels while a few are exactly 80x80 pixels. So i meet the requirements. Any help?

Go to
http://mohaa.cact-sd.org/ and upload a pic from your computer then copy and past the link they give you at the top and it should show up.

On the left side it says AlliedAssault Sig U/L , click on that and do it from there.
