Change bad names

Can you have it so it will change someones name as soon as they enter the server? Like if I wanted to change someones name if they had a naughty one.

Not via script... it could probably be done though via an external program that continously scans the server's logfile for bad names...

ive seen this done by server admins but no idea hwo they do it

Violentricity uses the rcon menu for special commands like making the entire Axis side drop their weapons or changing UnnamnedSoldiers to IAmALazyNoob and the like. i think they said they got it from Angelfire.
