Hi all ,

i have a weird error ...

At home i have a win 98 computer (i give the details , because maybe it is related with ) , i manage to compile my mpa without any leak .....

Ah at friend home , win xp computer trying to compile the same map , and it say leak ?????

when i do file>pointfile sometimes it draw me a red line , and sometimes not .

when i try to follow this red line , it go through none Brushes ....it stand just under the map , a small red line .So how to spot the leak then ?

Is there really a leak ?

and even with a big caulk box around the map i have this leak !!!! grrrrm and the point file draw a red line under the big caulk box ??????

You must recompile (bsp) each time to find out if the leak has been fixed. The .lin file (pointfile) only shows where a leak in the skybox was during the last compile. It will skip the vis compile if there is a leak (visdata = 0).

You must compile again on your friend's computer.

i knwow tlrude , but i have always that same silly red line ......my map is free of leak ......
