FOG HELP

Hey I dont no how to put fog in my map and that tutorial makes no sense to me can anyone tell me the script or process that i need to add it. Thanks.
In your script, type (below level waittill prespawn):
$world farplane 2000 // vision distance, smaller number is denser fog
$world farplane_color (0.5 0.5 0.5) // rgb color
