lol 20 mins. it was a small but great map.

i had a huge map, it was all LOD and the like
it took about, 3/4 of hte map, had small houses and randomly exploding rocks.
compiling took maybe half an hour. i have an AMD Athlon 2.1 ghz with 1.5gb RAM.

The biggest reading i've ever had was... 514 hours.
That was for Full vis on runway sorties... lol
I gave up on that idea, of course!

how about a shortest compile time competition... every1 could make vis-designed boxes with nothing in them... compile time <1 minute lol

Oh, sorry: my latest map is still compiling... I did not know you wanted continous updates... As I'm a lazy bastard: subtract the time of this post from my last one.
