What is this error and how can I get rid of it?
Also, there is no tutorial on where to install spearhead sdk so if you could mention that as well that'd be awesome

Sounds like you're trying to use a corrupt model in your map

For the SH SDK just download and start the .exe

you need to have sh installed though.
