Exploding Brushes

I just played a map (Sahara) that had walls you could blow up. How is this done? I am honestly clueless...so some detailed description on getting started with these would be seriously appreciated. Thanks.

The easiest way I know is to make them func_barrel.

yes, seems the best way, though if u want them not expliding but destroyable, then func->crate ;)

Yes...I guess destroyable was more that I was thinking. With peices of it flying when it gets destroyed.

do you want the player to blow up the wall with a plantable bomb, or a grenade? ('cause theres a tut on the site for making it blow up with a plantable bomb)

func->crate then
