no texture flickering

i made a room, not a fancy one, though i just started it. and there are 'no texture' flickering, and some missing. i check for duplicate planes and there arent any. the complier says there are some duplicate plane (not there, but somewhere else in the map) and i didnt found any.

Your ladder needs to be redone. Make the rungs bigger, less of them, etc.

do a search, this is a common error when doing ladders and railings.
