Barrel Explosion Sound

Hey Guys,
Ok i have 3 barrels, func_barrel, barreltype gas
Is there any scripting to make the explosion sound as i get them to explode but no sound looks kind of fake.
Any help plsss

Func barrels have builtin explosion sounds.

I have used that function and it does no sound at all, just explodes no sound at all, ooh well nothing i do seems to work lol but i am learning.

if your .bsp file is in the maps folder and not in dm or obj, you need to add "test_" to the name of your map. I always test maps in the maps/dm folder so I will have weapons and sounds.

does that go for MP maps too as i use a compile pk3 with all my textures ect as it's a liberation map
Erm lol i did the test prefix and that is so funny lol watching the cinematics fight it out, but still no barrel explosion so kind of odd i would say
Anything else i can try

I don't know anything about func_barrels in BT.

n othey work in ubersound, if this is an SP map put test_mymapname.map as your mapname (mymapname as the map's name) and make sure you're not scripting barrells, that you're using func_barells. when they blow they make sound.
