bots acting strange like crawling very fast under the ground

I'v got a really weird problem, i downloaded the leech botscript files for the hunt etc. when i try it localy they all work fine but if i connect with another client, the bots are acting very strange like lying on the ground and still move very fast forward or they're shaking very fast and don't move.
Like I said, when i run the game on the same pc where the server is running , there's no prob.
I even tried to make the other pc be the server but with the same result, local ok, another client does very weird things.
Does anyone has an idea ?
i'm using jv_bot01.pk3 with it

Are both pcs clean? (i.e. do they have only the stock pk3s and jv_bot01.pk3 and the hunt bot pk3 in their main folder?)

I use spearhead i've put them in mainta, is that the prob ?
no, machines not clear, one is setup equal to our clanserver and the other is just a client that have some custom maps and skins.

i'm seeing a lot of self aiming at self, althoug jv knows this back to front i cant say anything until he comes along, i see a lot of dying anims going and dying sounds not, though over the course of three rounds that wont mean much. isnt there something you made jv that aloows the user to see, stop, and scan the focus and where it is at that time for scripts?

basicly I only downloaded the mapsscripts from leech and the the jvbot01, put it in my mainta folder and ran the server.
serversided it's fine besides the sounds, i allready noticed that but shouldn't have anything to do with the anim stuff in my eyes.
What i find so weird is that it works perfect on my serverside but plays weird animations on the clientside... in my eyes it looks like the server sends the wrong packets to the client but that would be very odd as nobody has that prob.
maybe good to mention to, i also have the weird problem, that if i set set sv_privateClients "4" and set sv_privatepassword "password" all bots stop moving at all, they just stand there still on their spawn.
I'm also running MAM. could that be a problem???
so what i did next was create my own stupid bot by just spawning it
when i give sv_privateclients "" or sv_privatepassword "" they spawn normal.
But on my other pc, that is not setup with MAM etc. bots work fine, so i set that one op as server without MAM etc. same result, when i connect with a client, the bots on the client look like the vietcong, more busy digging tunnels and dancing that shooting

Sorry to bring up this old thread but it's relevant.

I'm also running MAM. could that be a problem???
We have just set up a new server with MAM and CI, on our last server it just had BuzzGoodies, BOTS and AI worked fine, but now on the new server the same thing is happening to us as outlined above.
I just checked the server cfg, guess what sv_pricateClients is set to 4 as well.. I also have a sneaking suspision the newer CI and some MAM addons might also be to blame.
This is all in Spearhead I might add.. One point I have noted is that any AI spawned in using the global/dm_ai.scr work fine at round end for movies, but any regular AI enabled dont. They might as well be a tree or a rock.. The do make sounds of pain and death but will not move or even touch the ground after inital spawning in the map.
Anyone else got anything to add or some suggestions we might try?

Just an update...
Set the private_clients and password to "" on the server and all AI and BOTS now work fine... Crazy as it sounds but it's true.
Server is using MAM so must be something in that blocking AI.

Yes many people have reported this problem and it's ubercrazy

... I haven't even been able to reproduce it myself
