if you find that 100% someone is cheating
how do you bind the cheaters shoot button so you can make it say im a noob hacker

everytime he fire's his gun?
a search shown nothing that worked

this is pretty sensitive, to to alliedassault.com and search for total control, i use it in my clan's server to unbind all a hacker's keys and ban him. its not common but it's effective.

also look into CI, counter-intelligence, that has a bunch more functions.

already got total control
and ci - really doesn't do anything (only thing it ever picked up on is when he had witch doctor on)

this is pretty sensitive - this being done o a legit player yes i agree why

but for a cheater "hacker" nothing is better than watching him tell on himself - when he doesn't want to

but i don't want it that way (that way does it to everyone)
is there anyway to single out 1 person?

You would have to use this through a type of MAM files and then create a menu because you cannot do that in a .scr map script file.

I don't know if MAM files even support that. I know how to do it through simple scripting, but I don't know how to use it through MAM. Sorry.

this whole topic about this is to be able to somehow bind a message to
1 person (the cheater for example) only so whenever he fires his weapon it will say something like. i downloaded my skills , im a noob cheater,i'm using no-recoil, and whatever else

and yes it wouldn't be a good thing putting it in a map scr. cause then this would be done to alot of innocent ppl
