Prefab wanted

Hi all!

I have tried to make electric posts for my map. The post itself... easy.
But how about wires you can jump on?
I just can't figure out the proper way to do it. After 2 wasted hours, I decided to ask for help. As this is a very common element in mapping, I bet one of you must have a prefab made with that.
In that case, would it be possible to e-mail me a zip with a nice post (like the ones in Brest i.e.). In exchange I can send you whatever you want, I have some prefabs, tutorials, wallpapers, icons, mods....
Of course your name will figure in my map credits.
Thank you very much in advance

Try a long, thin cylinder, then Ctrl + B to bend it, and hey presto, you have a wire, which is walkable on

Make a long "simple patch mesh" and add the wires texture to it. Hit key v and you can move the edges around until it fits between your poles correctly. Then use clip texture to make a walkway on top of the wires. What kind of poles do you want--like this?

There are poles like that in my tutorial map named "Altelevator". You can get it by clicking on my signature logo. They don't have wires, but they do fall down when shot or blown up, ha ha! You can use anything from my tutorial maps that you want. "Altelevator" even has a bucket truck and a crain! The map named "test_pointer" has walkable wires.

By the way, if the wire brushes get in the way of the walkway clip brushes, make them "Not solid" script_objects. The walkway can be patch mesh too, if it needs to be bent.
