He's probably not sending these himself, most likely some silly spam bot found his addy on a website or so and now relays its messages via him. (nasty)

My friend also had this problem, he was sending virusses, but he didn't know! He even didn't sended emails at all! Once his provider deleted his account, because too many ppl were complaining about getting virusses from his email.

it isnt neccesarily whoever it ses it is from's fault. it looks in ur address book at auto-sends it from any in ur address book. it probably usees header functions to set the From: feild to whatever is in your address book. add a fake e-mail to your address book if you have the virus and find out. u got sent it in the first place cos yes it does auto sent it to everyone in ur address book.

not only in my address book !! in others as well.
i got several "email rejected" notifications from ALOT of sites or groups. sometimes because of the virus, sometimes because they simply dont accept emails from some1 not in the group.
cant i just patch whatever the problem is ?
if only that hotmail account was on my harddrive, id.. id ......

Try using a program called CWShredder. You may be hijacked. You probobly have a virus or spyware on your computer. Here's a nice site with a bunch of people willing to help:

If everyone had:
1) A good Antivirus program ( No reason not to have one, Grisofts AVG is free for personal use, including updates
http://free.grisoft.com/ ).
2) A decent firewall ( included in windows SP2, else the ZoneAlarm from
http://www.zonelabs.com/ is free for personal use ).
3) A sweet spyware cleaner ( Ad-Aware from
http://www.lavasoftusa.com/ is free for personal use ).
...virus making morons would be making less damage.
But it does not hurt to have a browser to help you not get so many of these viruses to start with (
Mozilla Firefox is free for personal, professional, unprofessional and stupid use ).

a good spy sweeper is hijackthis (search Google)
BTW,what happened to the TUT's.and the error at the top,im no expert, but im pretty sure u can stop that error by changing the permission's of that folder to 777.but i didnt even think it was possible to call a .php file from ur cgi-bin????????

You mean the 'not a valid category' error? It has to do with gamespy reconfiguring the databases after an annoying hacker attack

.. atm I don't even have access to our ftp because our password has changed and I don't know it yet

Hey,
I know the complaint about mail from my account.
However i think to be spyware and virus free. Ran serveral times spybot S&D and scanned my sys against virussus.
Typically it isn't originated from other accounts i have at the same provider.
I think someone who'sinfected has my account in his address-list and is sending on behalf of me.
