Help with .urc's

Okay, so it's kinda scripting but not really...Right now I'm making a .urc that works with the MAM files. A few of the current commands look like:

rcon set command "sayi \qHello Everyone\q"

I was wondering, if I have a text box on the menu, and they enter the text..How could I attach these together, like:

rcon set command "sayi \q

to the text in the field

Hello Everyone

to the

\q"

The main problem is I don't know how to combine the strings (1) and how to do it client side (2).
