no sounds

hello there,
I want a door ive made to open with a different sound to the default one.I pressed n and then the sound button and selected a sound from the breakthrough sound file of a train(just to see if it worked)so i had this-

classname
func_door

noise
sound/vehicle/veh_train_m6l3a_stop.wav

i compiled the map(an obj)but i still had the default wooden door sound why is this?

Try adding these key values to the door (Key N).

sound_open_start (sound alias name from ubersound.scr)
sound_open_end snd_step_paper
sound_close_start (sound alias name from ubersound.scr)
sound_close_end snd_step_paper

The "snd_step_paper" alias is a null wave sound (no sound) to hide the normal wood door sounds. The sound alias name you choose has to work for the game type your map is--or you will need a workaround.
