Full Respawn

How do you set an obj map to have full respawn like a dm

also, how do you set a spawnpoint to be deactivated by an enemy within x feet

and by an objective destroyed?

level.dmrespawning = 1 // 1(respawn) or 0(not)


for spawns, disableing them and enabling them is a simple command once they have a targetname.

$spawn_axis2 disablespawn
$spawn_axis3 enablespawn


how and when they are disabled is jsut a function of your script.... after your bomb blows, disable the eons yo uwant gone.... etc etc...

usualy peopel wont spawn near enemies(or even teamates if possible) but if you really really for some reason wanted to disable a spawn while anyone is nearbye you could use a trigger_multiple set to disable the spawn when anyone is touching it.

to spam this and answer my vote...

i think Omaha Beach was meant to be realistic, but coem on, Allies and Axis win equally. the Allies dont always win and the Axis have the disadvantage of being spread out in a game that AT MOST supports 64 players, i've never seen a server for more than 32. adn those are hardly ever full. the Axis get to rain down explosives and snipe (which takes skill) teh Allies while they try to get up the beach. once inside, the Allies have uncountable hiding and ambush spots, and can easily get around undetected, if they take the time. which usually ends up as the only way.

Mods-R-Us has already started this! it called OMAHA ASSAULT. it got their famous para mods tank mods and more(not to advertize :wink:

Omaha is the most flawed sniper map going. It has countless glitchy walls looking down on the beach where snipers can see perfectly but only be hit if you hit the right pixel.

Omaha is impossible to beat on allies with a full weapon compliment if a GOOD axis team is playing. And if realism is on? lol

Our server is stock rifles only, omaha all the time. Allies and axis win 50/50. Axis only have mauser... so they ahve to use the natural terrain advantages, because a couple m1's shooting at you i nthe open isnt fun.

A straight weapon server playing omaha should have 2/3 ratio favoring the allies. But of course, that doesnt happen. The whole map is built so that a fewer number of people can halt a large charge =)

omaha = 1

the hunt = 0
