terrain question

i was an experianced map maker for mohaa about 5 months ago i stopped, for a long time. I need to know wut buttons to press to change the altiytude of textures. and how come i dont have a player start option?? i right click and lookf or info but i cant find it,....ne help?

I guess you didn't put the entdefs.pk3 into your mohaa\main folder.

I'm not sure about that. I don't play BF1942.

Why don't you ask the mod makers of bf1942? Here's a list on some mods:

What program do you use to make your terrain, i tried to use easygen but for some reason, I cannot compile it. I always get a message saying that the program performed an illegal operation.

Use the LOD terrain. Create a brush, select LOD Terrain-->Create from brush. You should see a couple of "x"s joined together. Press "v" and purple dots will appear. Drag up these dots. Or go to the tutorial page here and look for terrain.
