Our clan (Area51) recently purchased a new a server box. It runs windows 2003 server. It had Mohaa already installed. What is now happening to everyone who plays on the server is we can no longer shoot through any transparent textures. Railings, banisters, barbwire, the barbwire on the tops of fences, etc., etc.. We have no idea what could possibly be causing this. The server has DirectX 9.0c on it. Also a bunch of people (including me) but not all now have lingering smoke from rockets when they explode. The smoke just kind of hangs around for about 30 sec before dissapating. While the smoke is there it is completely black in that area and you cannot see through it. This also seems to have started when we moved to the new server, but we also upgraded to 9.0c at the same time so we are not sure if that has anything to do with it. Does anyone know what could possibly be causing us to not shoot through transparent textures anymore? Or the reason why rocket explosions have smoke that sits there for 30+ seconds ? An example would be in Remagen on the balcony. Nobody can shoot through the railing on the balcony anymore. People can just duck down now and look out at everyone and not get hit whatsoever. We tested with a paintball mod and the splatters never make it through the railings. Others who join are constantly asking us why cant you shoot through the railings anymore? Did you mod the server ? We have to reply with "We have no idea what is going on or why it is doing this."
On a side note it seems that CI no longer functions correctly either as just about all the commands on Total Control will no longer work also.
