sky

hi .i have a house with player start & all that & i want a sky so i make a box all the way around & sort out all the ends & overlaps then i put a sky textures on the inside of the box then i do the bps then then mbuild the map then boot it up wen i an in ther all the u can see a thik black runing all the way around the joints of the sky box so all the panals of the box look as thay are in a black frame ..ples help *<:-)

I had that problem before as well. Use the bsp, vin, lin and all that stuff in mbuilder, do not use it in mohaatools. That might help. So just rin mbuilder the same as before.

Did you look for leaks? Load the point file in mohrad?

Menu file -> pointfile to load pointfile (.lin file).

What sky texture are you using?
Also, could you perhaps post a picture of the problem?

You might want to upgrade your video drivers.

Does this sky look ok in the original maps for you? I think it's used in the Destroyed Village map.

hi jv yes the sky look fine in the original map . its funny coos i went back to Q3rad & made a small map with sky & its fine no lines at all

i would just like to say thanks to all thos who replyed to my post & that i have sorted it out it was the new video drivers that was making the lines in the sky box reinstall the old ones & wowowowow its fine thats to all & keep up the good work ..... :D
