Is it possible to have an AI drive a vehicle like a tank, or a truck with that gun and start random shooting around a multiplayer map?

Shooting both allies and axis.

With some work this should be possible but why do you want that?

Well, I am working on a multiplayer map where it is mainly underground, sure you can go above ground to get quick access to a certain place, but you better watch out for the vehicle shooting at your booty, lol, and lets not forget those pesky snipers. lol

Well I have an unfinished script that's capable of that, it supports Panzer and Tiger tanks a Flak88 cannons. Also halftrack but that's buggy.

Currently it's only programmed to attack players from an opposing team but that can change.

Needs some work before going public though.
